We have two rooms that can accommodate a King-Size Bed. The bed in the smaller room is made up of two single beds that have been converted to form a King-Size Bed. If you make an advance request, we can convert it back into two single beds.

Primary Bedroom
Our primary objective is to create a sense of tranquility and spaciousness, thereby preventing overcrowding. The room is equipped with Black-Out Curtains, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
Spacious Suite
This Primary Bedroom offers air conditioning, blackout curtains, comfortable linens, four pillows, a private ensuite bathroom with a double sink, and a walk-in closet. The blackout curtains allow you to enjoy watching TV in the room during the day without glare.
Second Bedroom
We are able to offer you the option of two Single Beds or a “Converted” King-Size Bed. The default will be the King-Size Bed and we must be notified well in advance if you want the Bed to be split into two singles. This room also features Black-Out Curtains for a restful sleep.
Spacious Room
Air conditioning, blackout curtains, comfortable linens, two pillows per person, a bathroom just outside the room, and a spacious closet are all included in this room. If you prefer to simply relax, there’s a TV in the room for you to unwind.

Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Only
- If you cancel 45 days or more before your arrival date you will not incur a cancellation charge.
- If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival date the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the total booking amount. No refund will be provided.
- The Cancellation Policy may be different if booked through a third party.
*Any cleaning fee or damage deposit charged upon cancellation is fully refundable.

House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Ash trays are provided in the garden area.
- Having a few friends over is okay, but no parties are allowed.
