Our 10ft (3.5m) long Kitchen Island with Breakfast Bar and a couple of stools. Everyone can participate in a casual conversation over a glass of Wine as the finest of meals is being prepared, or enjoy a delicious spread of Appetizers before dinner.
Stainless-Steel Full Sized Fridge
We love this LG Door-In Door Fridge. It makes Cubed, Crushed and Craft Ice. The latter is “Golf Ball” Size/Shaped Ice that is excessively slow melting. There is also a Water Dispenser and plenty of Freezer Space for longer-term stays. The Door-In Door Features enable you to quickly access Drinks etc., without opening the entire Fridge. If you knock twice on the Fridge a Window will light up showing you what drinks you have without even opening the Fridge at all!
Stainless-Steel Wall Oven & Microwave
The Wall Oven is elegant looking, located at the perfect height, and has “Air Fry”, “Convection Bake”, “Convection Roast”, “Slow Cook” and “No Preheat” options.
The Built-In Microwave has an “Extend-a Vent” Feature to bring the Exhaust further over the Cooktop, and has “Sensor Cooking” technology to ensure food is heated “just right”.
Dishwasher
The Built-In Dishwasher is Full-Size and boasts three racks. One is a separate rack for ensuring your cutlery etc. is washed thoroughly.
Coffee Machine
Enjoy delicious, bold-tasting coffee made simple with our 12-cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Strong Brew Selector. It features Brew Now or Later options, so you can wake up to the smell of freshly made coffee.
Wine Cooler
The Dual Zone Built-In Wine Cooler will keep both your Reds and Whites at the perfect temperature. This is particularly important for your Red Wines in a country where “Room Temperature” can mean hot!
Outdoor BBQ
BBQ’ing by the pool will take on a new meaning when you encounter this High-End BBQ. Google the multitude of features on the Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 BBQ Grill, and plan ahead to shock your family with your culinary skills!
Guest Suite

The Guest Suite is not available independently and can only be rented as an “add-on” if already booked into the main house.
We are delighted to announce the addition of our Guesthouse to Sea Winds Bungalow. This accommodation is ideal for travelers seeking to share a space while maintaining their own privacy.
Available at an additional cost, the Guest Suite is conveniently located on the property, just a few steps away from the Private Pool.
Highly renovated, the Suite features a fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops, an induction cooktop, a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and convection microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and cutlery are provided for your comfort.
Relax in the comfort of your Queen-sized bed or unwind on the couch with the new 53-inch TV, overlooking the pool.
A private bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located within the Guest House.
For enhanced safety and security, a comprehensive alarm system has been installed.
The Guest Suite is not available for independent bookings; it can only be added as an “add-on” to a main house reservation.
We are confident that guests who book this “new addition” will be impressed by the meticulous renovation undertaken.
A small Island with much to offer
Beaches, Restaurants & Shops
Beaches:
There are tons of great beaches in the area. The closest one is Boca Catalina, which is just a 17-minute walk away. It’s the perfect spot for a snorkeling adventure. And the other one is Arashi Beach, which is a 25-minute walk. It’s got these beautiful white sand dunes.
Both beaches have free parking. Arashi is a great place to experience a traditional beach day without the crowds that you often find at Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. But don’t get us wrong…those two beaches are a lot of fun and only a short drive away. If you have the time, definitely check them all out!
Restaurants:
Aruba’s restaurants are a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of dishes from around the world. But here’s a heads up: dining out in Aruba won’t break the bank.
We recommend spending a couple of nights exploring the town. But here’s a cool perk of staying at Sea Winds Bungalow: you can enjoy delicious, homemade meals right by the pool without spending a fortune. If you’re feeling fancy and want to splurge, there’s a fantastic restaurant called “The View” right here in Tierra Del Sol.
Shops:
Aruba has plenty of shopping options, but it’s true that most Caribbean islands do. Shopping is a big part of the local economy, so if you can splurge, locals will love you for it!
For the more practical folks, you’ll find most of the essentials like groceries, alcohol, and general stuff at “Super Foods,” “The Do-It Center,” or “Save More.” They’re all within a short drive.
